Nobbys 2 Newcastle - Ocean Swims & Beach RelayClick here for information on the 2011 Nobbys to Newcastle Ocean Swims & Beach Relay. Sunday the 18th of December This great new ocean swim and beach festival is about to take Newcastle and the Hunter by storm. With one of the most exciting and challenging courses on the Ocean Swims calendar, the main even iis not for the faint hearted. Swimmers will swim from Nobbys Beach spit, out through the reef and around behind the Ocean Baths and back into Newcastle Beach. Just over 2km of open water swimming along some of the most scenic city coast line in Australia.
